Elizabeth Hankins, CPC, CPMA, CCS-P, CPC-I, PMCC
Elizabeth Hankins has 15+ years of work experience which includes medical auditing, coding, educating and revenue cycle. Elizabeth has held positions in Health Information Services as Coding and Documentation Compliance Auditor/Educator and Coding analyst.
The majority of Elizabeth’s coding and auditing experience was working with large multi-specialty physicians in various facilities. This experience includes auditing physician and documentation while providing education to the providers as well quality assurance for the facility staff of auditors and coder. Reviewing and coding for various physician clinics and preparing and developing the delivery of training materials and programs per the government guidelines for coding policies and procedures. Elizabeth possesses a strong knowledge of ICD 10 and CPT coding methodologies and a professional blend of coding and management experience.
Elizabeth is credentialed through the American Health Information Management Association as well as the American Academy of Professional Coders. A member of the National Alliance of Medical Auditing Specialists.

Regina Jackson, CPC, CPMA

Regina Jackson has more than 12 years of experience in billing, coding and auditing to include positions working with various billing companies to provide training on optimizing reimbursement. Regina has spent many years coding for Emergency Department facilities throughout the United States working remotely. She provided quality assurance for coders and assisted clients with auditing and compliance questions during her role as an auditing consultant.
Regina has been instrumental in developing various ICD 10 educational powerpoint presentations and various courses due to her strong knowledge of coding methodologies. She remains vigilant in the most current coding guidelines and documentation improvement opportunities.
Regina Jackson is a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders and part of the approved Medical Coding Curriculum.
